What is Currency module ?
Currency Module is the component that deals with defining and maintaining the foreign exchange rate that will
be used in shop. An online shop created with e-commerce platform ShopIQ, is based on a reference currency.
Product's prices and sales order values are calculated in this currency.
How to maintain the exchange rate?
The application has an automatic system for updating the foreign exchange rates from BNR website, operation performed once a day, automatically.
For those who use a different exchange rate than BNR, can use the manual system to update the exchange rate.
Can be maintained the products prices in any currency?
The product prices can be maintained in any currency, not only in reference currency. It is very important, in the case of imported products,
to maintain the price in purchase currency. In the shop, their prices will be displayed after converting them using the exchange rate of the
day, avoiding any losses that may occur due to fluctuation of the rate.
